Practice nurse for the Elderly (POH-O)

Since May 2026, I have been working as a practice assistant for the elderly. In addition to this role, I have been working as a district nurse for quite some time, including in the Rivierenbuurt, and in that capacity I already collaborate with colleagues from the GP practice.

As a district nurse, I realized that my passion lies in elderly care. To deepen my knowledge, I completed the ‘Elderly Care in Primary Care’ course in 2023.

My goal is to maintain the independence and quality of life for our elderly patients for as long as possible, with extra attention and time.

In my free time, I can be found on the water, enjoying nature, and appreciating everything Amsterdam has to offer.
