Healthcare is under great pressure. Our assistant team works hard to help you as best as possible. To ensure that they can complete all their tasks in a day, a number of things will have to change.
From 8 April 2024
Office of the medical assistants : from 8.00 AM – 11.00 AM and from 14.00PM to 17.00 PM.
Telephone: from 8.00 AM – 11.00 AM and from 14.00PM to 16.30 PM.
The office and phone lines remain open all day for medical emergencies. In the case of a medical emergency, call 020 662 8636 and immediately dial 1. Or call 112 immediately.
- • 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.: make appointments and request house calls.
- • 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM: for medical emergencies only
- • 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM: lab results and other questions
We urge you not to come to the practice when it is busy on the telephone.
Arrange online
You can arrange a number of matters directly online via the patient portal on the website.
- • Make online appointments with your GP
- • Request repeat medication
- • Request e-consultations, you can also add secured photos.
- • View lab results in your portal.
